No folks, this time it’s not a wig.
Kim showed up @ The Teen Choice Awards with her lightened lovely locks. Even though it does complement her origami pleat white frock, the dress might have not been the best choice — it draws unnecessary attention to the hips.
She kind of reminds me of Vanessa Minnillo with the blonde hair :/
